We offer services of collection and sampling of the water that will be analysed , for domestic use ( mains water ) and for source or well water .

SOFTENERS

Softeners deal with salts removal such as Calcium Ca++ and Magnesium Mg++ in the water and they allow to solve problems like the removal of calcium carbonate .

With the installation of Softeners, it is possible to produce desalinated water which protects shower boxes, dishwasher, washing machines, with a considerable saving on detergent .

The chassis-cabin of softeners have only one body : the salt container and the resins container present an aesthetically nice shape .

CARBONATION REFRIGERATOR

Dispensers of purified water under or above the sink .

The carbonation refrigerator delivers cooled water at ambient temperature, sparkling or not sparkling water with a production capacity of 15 litres per hour and a cooling of ten grads .

Safe and pleasant water direct from your house’s sink .

OSMOSIS

Reverse osmosis is made through an osmotic-membrane which blocks from the 90 % to the 99 % of bacteria in the water .

Filters in it ensure the clarity and the absence of unpleasant smells .

With the reverse osmosis plant, high quality water is obtained that is great to drink and to use in the kitchen, also allowing a significant and safe save money .
The reverse osmosis is the process of separation of foreign bodies in the water, using semi-permeable membranes and blocking dissolved minerals such as arsenic ( As ), nitrite ( NO2 -) , nitrate (NO3 – ) and impurity .

The HACCP is a certification system that prevents all the danger related to food contamination . The HACCP system started to be applied thanks to Regulation EC 852 in 2005, which introduced the concept of prevention, analysing possible danger that could occur in each phase in the producing process and also in the following phases such as storage, transport conservation and selling to the final customer .

AIM OF HACCP

The aim of HACCP is to identify phases of the process that could represent a critical point. For example : in the distribution of frozen food, the conservation temperature cannot grow beyond – 18 C °, remaining constant during the process from production to consumption .

The HACCP system emphasises the quality of food, especially in respect of health and safety, a concept that goes beyond the simple satisfaction of customer, and it focuses on the protection of the public health of citizens .

According to the schemes, the HACCP system is usually based on national rules of legislative origin . Such rules can differ from country to another : for example, initially in Italy the HACCP scheme was transposed through Legislative Decree 155 / 97 .

There are other voluntary references, such as the UNI 10854 rule or other certifications :

KOSHER CERTIFICATION

The term KOSHER describes all the religious rules that govern the food diet and the nutrition of observant Jews . The rules come from the Bible and for the Jewish population, from the Torah . In fact, the jewish term “ kasher or kosher “ means that the food is “ in accordance with the law “ and therefore the use is allowed .

In order that the product could obtain the kosher certificate, it is necessary that the product satisfies strict standard of quality and all the procedures are in accordance to the restrictive rules, from the production to the packaging and also every ingredient used in the preparation . In order to obtain the KOSHER certification, it is necessary to integrate the collateral requirements of HACCP with the strict prescription of the Jewish law .

HALAL CERTIFICATION

Halāl or ح لال is an arabic word for “ lawful “ . This term is used especially in the West to distinguish food that is prepared in accordance with the islamic law . However, the arabic word Halal expresses a greater concept and indicates all it is permitted by Islam, and it is obviously in contrast with all it is forbidden ( haram ) . For this, the term’s application is not limited to food but is also applicable to various products that are not related to food such as cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, clothing and so on .

The introduction of a Halal certification is normally an essential assumption for the export of products of various type toward islamic countries .

Almost 2 billions consumer in the world want that the product which will be imported in their market had a very specific process and that the procedures of the islamic rules were fully respected . For “ food “ companies in our entrepreneurial system, the Halal certification can represent a substantial international passport for products that will be exported .

QUESTION: what is a tax credit?
ANSWER: tax credit is a credit of which a taxpayer is owner towards a State treasury, in this case Italy. It refers to a tax advantage, which reduces the tax liability; it is recognised under specific conditions and it allows recovery of part of tax.

FOB and CIF PROCEDURES

Since different buyers have different needs concerning purchasing procedures and given that Refineries procedures are often not negotiable, we indicate some examples of purchasing procedures and the main products provided by some Russian refineries. Each refinery has its own procedure. For the sake of simplicity, we mainly indicate the FOB procedures, however, each refinery also has a CIF procedure. Occasional purchases ( SPOT ) are possible.

5) Within 48 hours buyer issues his tank storage receipt [ TSR ] where the product will be injected at the discharge port. Seller verifies TSR and issue NOR. ETA. ATB. DTA. The seller will request that NCNDA / IMFPA be prepared by intermediaries for seller approval.
6) On arrival at the discharge port, the vessels transfer the fuel to the Buyer’s nominated tanks.
7) After fuel injection is completed, Buyer conducts DIP TEST Inspection for Quality and Quantity of the fuel.
8) Upon Successful DIP TEST Inspection Q&Q by the Buyer, within 24-48 hours maximum Buyer make payment via MT103 Wire Transfer for the Total Value of the Product Delivered into the Buyer Tank and Simultaneously Title to the Product is Transfer to the Buyer and Seller hand over all Exportation Documentation in relation to the petroleum product.
9) Commission is paid to Intermediaries involve in the transaction.
10) Buyer issues non-operative IRDLC for the value of one-month’s deliveries. Seller issues a 2% performance bond which activates the Buyer’s bank instrument.
11) Deliveries per contracted delivery schedule begins.

1. Buyer issues ICPO with letter of acceptance to seller upon receipt of soft corporate offer.
2. Seller issues Sales and Purchase Agreement open for amendment for buyer review.

5. Upon receipt and confirmation of the above documents by Buyer, Buyer makes payment of 10 % guarantee Deposit of the total cargo by TT / MT 103 to the Refinery Nominated Escrow Account .
6. Upon receipt and confirmation of the above payment, Seller issues the ACT of TRANSFER in Buyers Name, Title of Ownership Certificate to be followed by all Export Documentation will be sent to the buyer alongside the S.G.S Report at the loading Port .
7. Upon arrival of the vessel at Discharge Port, the vessel captain will hand over all the original POP documents to the Buyer’s representative while Buyer pays for the total contract after SGS, CIQ or equivalent inspection at the discharge port via T/T Wire transfer and the amount payable for Allocation Guarantee Deposit will be deducted while offloading will commence immediately .
8. Seller pays Commission to all involved mandates and intermediaries by T/T Wire Transfer as mutually agreed. If the above procedure is accepted buyer is expected to include the refinery transaction procedure in his ICPO for us to proceed further .

** REFINERY ** 8 ** ESCROW ** ACCOUNT ** FOB ** PROCEDURE

ESCROW ACCOUNT FOB PROCEDURE :

1. Buyer issue irrevocable corporate purchase order ( ICPO ) to the seller .
2. Seller issue pro-forma invoice with Sales purchase agreement ( SPA ). Buyers sign / seal the sellers SPA and send copy of the contract to seller in PDF format as final .
3. Subsequent to sign and seal of SPA . The Seller and buyer Deposit 5% with Escrow as performance guarantee .
4. Subsequently seller conducts fresh SGS and transmits to buyers immediately . Subsequent to successful SGS Quality and Quantity report at the Sellers terminal, the buyer makes 100 % payment for the product by SWIFT MT103 . Seller transfers title of the product to the buyer, henceforth the buyer is the owner of the product .
5. Commission is paid within 24hrs to facilitators and intermediary subsequent to payment.

This Escrow account FOB Procedure have been negotiated for real buyers with fund and who are scared to follow the tank to tank procedure . The seller also do bank to bank with SBLC ( non transfers and non divisible ) but escrow gives 3 rd party assurance .

CIF MEDITERRANEAN SEA – EN590 10 PPM PROCEDURE

1. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order ( ICPO ) with seller procedures.
2. Seller issues the Takeover of contract for review and endorsement by all parties.
3. Seller issues Proof of Product and Shipping documents as listed below:
A. Certificate of Origin
B. Company License to Export
C. Product Passport ( Dip Test Result )
D. Bill of Lading
E. Vessel’s Q88
F. Tax Registration Certificate
G. Invoice for 10% TT Payment
4. Upon receipt of the above documents by the buyer, buyer makes 10% payment for the Allocation Security Guarantee Deposit of the cargo payable to the Refinery nominated escrow account via T/T Wire transfer.
5. Upon receipt of the above payment of the vessel Allocation Security Guarantee Deposit, the Ownership Certificate will be issued and remaining Proof of Product and shipping documents will be sent to the buyer alongside the SGS Report at the loading port while the course of the vessel will be re-routed to the current buyer’s discharge port.
6. Upon arrival of the vessel at Discharge Port, the vessel captain will hand over all the original POP documents to the buyer’s representative while buyer pays for the total contract after SGS, CIQ or equivalent inspection at the discharge port via T/T Wire transfer and the re-routing fee will be deducted while offloading will commence immediately.

TRANSACTION PROCEDURES

Seller Mandate issues Soft Offer to Buyer .
Buyer issues an ICPO with wording that mirrors the Soft Offer , with Company profile , Company Registration and full banking coordinates, along with passport photo and NCND / IMFPA already completed by Buyer Mandate and signed by Buyer and Buyer Side Group and passed to Seller Side for completion, Seller then issues Draft Contract open for amendments, along with fully completed and signed NCND / IMFPA to Buyer .
Buyer countersigns and seals the Contract and sends via Email to Seller .
Buyer issues MT 799 Unblocked Funds three days after receiving signed Contract from Seller .
Seller issues PPOP ( Partial Proof of Product ) which will consist of the following documents :
Certificate of Origin
Product Passport
Statement of product availability
Buyer issues inoperative, Non Transferable, SBLC / DLC ( choice of Buyer ).
Seller issues 2 % Performance Bond to activate the SBLC / DLC .
Seller to provide Full Proof of Product, which will include:

Registration Document to Export

After SGS inspection at Discharge Port, within 2 Banking days, Buyer shall make TT payment to Seller’s account .

4. Buyer contacts the Tank Operator Company with the ATV for verification and upon successful verification & confirmation, Buyer sends the DTA to the Tank Operator Company and in return requests for the Inspection Form , Compulsory Entrance Inspection Permit, Security
Clearance Accreditation and Appointment Letter for physical access & entrance into their storage facility from the Tank Operator Company to conduct dip test on the product in Seller’s leased tanks .
5. Seller legalizes the Commercial Invoice with the Authorities in Charge and sends to Buyer the legalized the Commercial Invoice, the Change of Ownership Title & Allocation Documents, Authorization to Sell & Collect [ ATSC ] and the Allocation Passport Certificate [ APC ] respectively
and signs NCNDA / IMFPA between all intermediaries involved with the notarized copy sent to Seller’s bank.
6. Buyer conducts Dip Test & upon successful Dip Test, Buyer sends Its Exit Tank Details or Exit Vessel Details for injection, while Seller injects the product into Buyer’s exit tank / vessel. Buyer makes payment by MT 103 or TT wire transfer for the total product available, Seller release to the Buyer all relevant Documents relating to the exportation of the product such as Bill of Lading, SGS Report, Injection Report, Certificate of Origin, etc.
7. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction .

STANDARD PROCEDURE 2

1. Buyer sends ICPO, Company Registration Certificate along with Buyer’s Tank Storage Agreement ( TSA ) from their tank operator company ( with the exact product name and quantity as stated on their ICPO ) in Word Format as proof of storage availability and readiness for the transaction and send it along with their Authorization to Verify ( ATV ) to confirm their TSA, storage availability and readiness .
2. Seller confirms and signs Buyer’s TSA as their Supplier and issues the Commercial Invoice ( CI ) for the requested quantity to Buyer, Buyer signs and returns to Seller along with Buyer’s ATV for Seller to confirm Buyer’s TSA and readiness for Dip Test and Injection of the product into Buyer’s exit tank .
3. Seller issues the Notice of Readiness ( NOR ) Letter to Buyer for Injection of the product into Buyer’s exit tank upon successful dip test in Seller’s tank . Buyer and Buyer’s tank operator company ( tank farm ) signs and returns the Notice of Readiness ( NOR ) Letter .
4. Upon confirmation of Buyer’s readiness by receiving the signed Notice of Readiness ( NOR ) by Buyer and its tank farm, Seller issues the following POP Documents :
a. Certificate of Statement of Product Availability with the tank location & coordinate
b. Tank Storage Receipt ( T.S.R ) with verifiable bar code
c. Unconditional Dip Test Authorization ( DTA ) with Tank Number, Tank Coordinate and Tank Operator full contact details
d. Authorization to Verify ( A.T.V ) to contact the Tank Operator Company and verify the product in Seller’s tank
5. Buyer contacts the Tank Operator Company with the ATV and DTA
The Tank Operator Company sends the Fresh SGS report to Buyer along with the Inspection Form, Compulsory Entrance Inspection Permit, Security Clearance Accreditation and Appointment Letter for physical access & entrance by Buyer and Buyer’s delegates / inspection team into their storage facility to conduct dip test on the product in Seller’s leased tanks .
6. Buyer conducts Dip Test & upon successful Dip Test, Seller injects the product into Buyer’s tank . Buyer makes payment by MT103 or TT wire transfer for the total product available . Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction.Price lists are negotiable. If the terms and procedure is acceptable, Buyer should issue their official ICPO addressed to ROS on Buyer’s company letterhead with complete identification of Principal Buyer, contact details fully signed, stamped and sealed along with Buyer’s company registration certificate.

HISTORY

When my grandfather began “to make wine cellar “ the grape came collected in large wicker hampers, transported with a wagon hauled from oxen and pressed, in wine cellar, with the feet. All job was manual, simple and laborious.

PHILOSOPHY

The Oltrepo Pavese Wine cellars revives the born dream born a century ago: transforming the grapes produced from the vineyards in good and genuine wines, propose to old and new friends, than they know them to appreciate. Our more valuable grapes come cured using willow coppers in order to support the lives and filters with bags of juta in order conserving of all the organoleptic properties. The collection of all the products still comes carried out rigorously by hand.

AREAS

In origin of “alta Valle Versa” (south area of the Oltrepo Pavese) grow wheat, corn and fruit trees.
The arrival of blots some agricultural has given one carried out decidedly to the development grapes of this area. The crawler track tractor, for example, allowed to hoe and to transport goodses. The systems of the vineyards are therefore multiply and replacing many cultivations.
The territory, definitely suited for white wines such as the Moscato and the Pinot, instead was mainly cultivated with red grapes, which Barbera, Croatina and partially Rare Grape, because it was use in every family to produce in just the wine from drink.
Sure dominant today are the black Pinot and gray one, the Chardonnay, the Moscato di Volpara and the Riesling, Italico and Renano. Barbera and Croatina however have maintained one they good territorial presence.

The Moscato di Volpara

The Moscato di Volpara, only and precious wine, today is the spearhead of the Oltrepo’ Pavese Wine cellar. The territory has been sure of great aid but all the rest has had to the job, to the search and the experimentation.
The choice of the best suited among those vines, the strictly manual harvesting carried out only at the height of ripeness, the management of must and its fermentation, a slow and taken care of filtration, periodicals control with analytical and organoleptic tests aiming to always obtain the best to us from every vintage year for being able at last to bottle, with pride, this jewel golden very knowing as the engagement will be appreciated and gratified from the more and more numerous ones and becomes attached friends and customers to you.

Red Wines

O.P. BARBERA
Made from 100% selected Barbera grapes, this deep ruby red wine has a vinous, intense scent and a dry, full and agreeable palate. It is an ideal pairing for rich starters and roast beef.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18°C.

RIVA ROSSA
Strongly structured noble red wine made from carefully selected Barbera grapes. Oak barrel (barriques) aged, RIVA ROSSA is an ideal pairing for roast beef, braised meats and game. Best served at room
temperature, the bottle should be uncorked a few hours earlier.

ROSSO RUBINO
Sweet red wine made from Croatina grapes (100%).
The wine thus obtained is immediately filtered in order to prevent the sugars from evolving into alcohol. It is an ideal dessert wine, dry and full bodied, with notes of wild strawberry.
Best served chilled.

O.P. BONARDA
Deep ruby red wine and intensely scented wine made from pure Croatina grapes.
The palate is full and soft with a persistent bitter almond note.
It is an ideal pairing for Italian style cold cuts, Braised meat sauce ravioli, lasagna, mixed boiled meats and unripened cheeses.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

LA CENFRASCA
This peculiar Bonarda is an excellent wine made with the grapes from low yielding, old vines. The favorable exposure and a good ripening level make this wine really special.
Cenfrasca is the anagram of the Cellar owner’s daughter, Francesca.

O.P. BUTTAFUOCO
Noble, very deep ruby red wine made by blending Croatina, Barbera and Uva Rara grapes. It is harmonious, well- rounded, scented and greatly structured and an ideal pairing for red
meats and game.
Serving temperature: 16°-18° C.

VINACERO
Made from Pinot Noir grapes vinified red, this wine has a really fine and noble palate, faded red color and is made with the grapes from our “Gorre” vineyard.
Refined for 6/8 months in oak “barriques” (barrels), its name, VINACERO, is the anagram of the Cellar owner’s daughter: Veronica.

O.P. BARBERA
Made from 100% selected Barbera grapes, this deep ruby red wine has a vinous, intense scent and a dry, full and agreeable palate. It is an ideal pairing for rich starters and roast beef.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18°C.
This is the not sparkling version of Barbera.

White Wines

O.P. PINOT NERO
Made from Pinot noir (85%) and Chardonnay (15%) grapes, vinified white and undergoing natural bottle fermentation. It is a fresh, fragrant and delicate allcourse wine. Ideal to be shared with friends, it is best served at 7° – 8° C.

O.P. RIESLING ITALICO
White wine made from 80% Italic Riesling grapes and 20% Rhine Riesling variety. It features typical greenish hues, a fragrant, harmonious and persistent taste. It is an ideal pairing for fish starters, vegetable dishes and “frittate”.
Serving temperature: 7° – 8° C.

CROSE’
Rosé wine made from Pinot Noir grapes vinified rosé. It has a great scent with peculiar bread crust notes. Ideally paired with fried fish and shellfish.
Serving temperature: 7° – 8° C.

O.P. CHARDONNAY
White aromatic dry wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it has a straw yellow color and very persistent and intense scents. It is an ideal pairing for fish-based antipasti (appetizers) and seafood.
Serving temperature 7°-8° C.

PINOT GRIGIO
White wine, full, yellow pale, with delicate fragrance and pleasantly soft flavor. A fully ripe stand notes of nuts and honey. It is excellent to accompany dishes like mushrooms, fish and seafood.
Serving temperature 7°-8° C.

LACLIMA
Still, fresh and delicate Chardonnay, Oak barrel (barriques) aged, LACLIMA is made with the grapes from our “Prumù” vineyards. Very elegant and refined, it is an ideal pairing for fish dishes. LACLIMA is the anagram of the Cellar owner’s daughter: Camilla.

Sparkling Wines

PINOT SPUMANTE CHARMAT (SPARKLING)
“IL FIERO”
Made from Pinot Noir grapes, vinified white by Charmat method. It is a faded straw yellow colored spumante wine with light copper hues. The perlage is rich, lively and persistent, the palate is dry and
velvety with an agreeable slightly acid note.

ROSE’ SPUMANTE CHARMAT “LA PIETTA” (SPARKLING)
Made from Pinot Noir grapes, vinified pink by Charmat method. It is a faded straw “rosè” colored spumante wine with light copper hues. The perlage is rich, lively and persistent, the palate is dry and velvety with an agreeable slightly acid note.

PINOT SPUMANTE BRUT (SPARKLING)
METODO CLASSICO
Made from Pinot Noir grapes (85%) and Chardonnay grapes (15%) vinified white by classic method “Champenois”. It is an “important” highly elegant and refined spumante. This BRUT is an ideal pairing for fish based antipasti (appetizers), shellfish and seafood.

The Moscato di Volpara

MOSCATO DI VOLPARA TRADIZIONALE
Due to its peculiar territory-influenced features, the Moscato di Volpara wines is considered one of the most fragrant, scented and delicate Oltrepò Pavese wines. For this reason we consider this wine our leding product. It is a perfect wine to be offered to friends in all occasions to exalt dessert and fruit, peach especially. Now also available in the small version 0,375 Lt.

MOSCATO DI VOLPARA (SPARKLING)
SPUMANTE
This Charmat method spumante in obtained by secondary fermentation in autoclave and keeps all the typical features of traditional spumante unaltered. Il Volpara has a fine perlage and rich froth and is best served chilled, in wide cups in order to exalt its fragrance.

MOSCATO DI VOLPARA PASSITO
Made from Moscato grapes left to dry on the wine stocks until late November. After vinification the wine is left to rest in the barrel for a full year. Rich with aromatic structure and a unique and delicate palate, this wine is a perfect pairing for strong cheeses and an ideal after-dinner choice.
It is a very exclusive product, only 500 bottles for year.
