Water ANALYSIS

We offer services of collection and sampling of the water that will be analysed , for domestic use ( mains water ) and for source or well water .

SOFTENERS

Softeners deal with salts removal such as Calcium Ca++ and Magnesium Mg++ in the water and they allow to solve problems like the removal of calcium carbonate .

With the installation of Softeners, it is possible to produce desalinated water which protects shower boxes, dishwasher, washing machines, with a considerable saving on detergent .

The chassis-cabin of softeners have only one body : the salt container and the resins container present an aesthetically nice shape .

CARBONATION REFRIGERATOR

Dispensers of purified water under or above the sink .

The carbonation refrigerator delivers cooled water at ambient temperature, sparkling or not sparkling water with a production capacity of 15 litres per hour and a cooling of ten grads .

Safe and pleasant water direct from your house’s sink .

OSMOSIS

Reverse osmosis is made through an osmotic-membrane which blocks from the 90 % to the 99 % of bacteria in the water .

Filters in it ensure the clarity and the absence of unpleasant smells .

With the reverse osmosis plant, high quality water is obtained that is great to drink and to use in the kitchen, also allowing a significant and safe save money .
The reverse osmosis is the process of separation of foreign bodies in the water, using semi-permeable membranes and blocking dissolved minerals such as arsenic ( As ), nitrite ( NO2 -) , nitrate (NO3 – ) and impurity .

The HACCP is a certification system that prevents all the danger related to food contamination . The HACCP system started to be applied thanks to Regulation EC 852 in 2005, which introduced the concept of prevention, analysing possible danger that could occur in each phase in the producing process and also in the following phases such as storage, transport conservation and selling to the final customer .

AIM OF HACCP

The aim of HACCP is to identify phases of the process that could represent a critical point. For example : in the distribution of frozen food, the conservation temperature cannot grow beyond – 18 C °, remaining constant during the process from production to consumption .

The HACCP system emphasises the quality of food, especially in respect of health and safety, a concept that goes beyond the simple satisfaction of customer, and it focuses on the protection of the public health of citizens .

According to the schemes, the HACCP system is usually based on national rules of legislative origin . Such rules can differ from country to another : for example, initially in Italy the HACCP scheme was transposed through Legislative Decree 155 / 97 .

There are other voluntary references, such as the UNI 10854 rule or other certifications :

HACCP Kosher

KOSHER CERTIFICATION

The term KOSHER describes all the religious rules that govern the food diet and the nutrition of observant Jews . The rules come from the Bible and for the Jewish population, from the Torah . In fact, the jewish term “ kasher or kosher “ means that the food is “ in accordance with the law “ and therefore the use is allowed .

In order that the product could obtain the kosher certificate, it is necessary that the product satisfies strict standard of quality and all the procedures are in accordance to the restrictive rules, from the production to the packaging and also every ingredient used in the preparation . In order to obtain the KOSHER certification, it is necessary to integrate the collateral requirements of HACCP with the strict prescription of the Jewish law .

HACCP Halal

HALAL CERTIFICATION

Halāl or ح لال is an arabic word for “ lawful “ . This term is used especially in the West to distinguish food that is prepared in accordance with the islamic law . However, the arabic word Halal expresses a greater concept and indicates all it is permitted by Islam, and it is obviously in contrast with all it is forbidden ( haram ) . For this, the term’s application is not limited to food but is also applicable to various products that are not related to food such as cosmetics, pharmaceutical products, clothing and so on .

The introduction of a Halal certification is normally an essential assumption for the export of products of various type toward islamic countries .

Almost 2 billions consumer in the world want that the product which will be imported in their market had a very specific process and that the procedures of the islamic rules were fully respected . For “ food “ companies in our entrepreneurial system, the Halal certification can represent a substantial international passport for products that will be exported .

QUESTION: what is a tax credit?
ANSWER: tax credit is a credit of which a taxpayer is owner towards a State treasury, in this case Italy. It refers to a tax advantage, which reduces the tax liability; it is recognised under specific conditions and it allows recovery of part of tax.

QUESTION: what is meant by mutual interest contract?
ANSWER: by mutual interest contract is meant the possibility for a company to establish with a University an agreement to develop university research, and in the meanwhile to generate for the company a profit. This opportunity is equal to the one carried out by the Banca d’Italia towards its own partners, that is towards commercial and investment banks, but also towards INPS, INAIL, or the different insurances;
The mutual interest contract and the dormant holdings are regulated by Civil Code articles 2549 et seq.; they represent a refined financial instrument for the companies, in place of the operations of raising new equity capital through widening of the corporate base or through indebtedness towards banks or towards institutions external to the company.

On the 16th of May 2014 an agreement was signed between the European Union and the Popular Republic of China having the purpose to mutually recognize the programs of Authorized Economic Operator (AEO).

As soon as this agreement is implemented and in force, it will be of top importance to strengthen the supply chain and to make the exchanges easier for the “trusted traders”.

Thanks to this free trade agreement and this mutual recognition, the parties are sending an important message against the protectionism carried out by many countries.

The purpose of AEO certifications is to create a global and “safe” supply chain through operators in which customs have confidence in order to speed the international exchanges and decrease costs. In addition, the presence of AEO operators will allow the customs to concentrate more on those sectors with high risk profile.

The existence of recognition gives the certified operator of the country of export the status of “safe” operator and this also warranties the possibility to use facilities like quicker controls and simpler procedures when the authorities of the other country clear goods.
