- We invite the enterprises interested in a specific sector/ country to send us their request. We will contact the organizer of the fair or mission and we will connect the enterprise to the representative, in order to exchange information about the prices, the conditions of participation, the requirements for the Enterprises taking part.
- Concerning the fairs, our organization can send a Consultant to the event and bring the Enterprise customer a certified number or business contacts and business cards, without employing personnel and transfers costs. IBS, with these activities for several enterprises, can provide this service saving more.

BUYER AND FOREIGN OPERATORS’ INCOMING IN ITALY

- We invite all enterprises interested in a specific product/ foreign country to send us their request. Geopolitical Risk Analysis services analyse every aspect of the country system, in order to track the real situation in the field, finding specific assets linked to the most significant risks in the framework of an operation in a foreign country. Regarding the country under consideration, with the Geopolitical Risk Analysis, policy makers can analyse the possible future strategies which they may carry out to cope with a crisis. WHY TO PARTICIPATE IN

In the framework of drip irrigation sector in Morocco, fairs and business missions are a great opportunity for Italian companies which want to know new opportunities for export and foreign direct investment in farming sector and in particular for drip irrigation in Morocco, that in the last years is increasing thanks to State subsidies.
The goal is organise meetings with suppliers, local buyers of this sector in Morocco.

WHCIH KIND OF COMPANY CAN TAKE PART IN THIS MISSION?

This mission is only for Companies and Producers of:

- drip tubes;
- fertigation systems;
- horizontal and vertical pumping systems;
- fertigation accessories;
- solenoids, pressure gauge, valves, taps and fittings;
- large dimensions storage basins, primary channellings, input pipes for injection;
- pumping stations, in order to artificially pressurise water, filtering stations, measuring and check stations and centralised water control.

OVERVIEW: DRIP IRRIGATION IN MOROCCO

Argi-food and agricultural sectors are strategic sectors for Morocco economy, they represent 14% of the GDP and the engine for employment increase in Morocco.
In the last 15 years Morocco economy has strongly increased with an average of around 4.5% due especially to agricultural sector, 40% of the population work in this sector. It represents an important asset for social cohesion and indirectly for political stability.

Rationalise and decrease water production for every agricultural goal is one of the key points of “NATIONAL PLAN MAROC VERT” (PMV), in 2008 this plan was created to a public investment of 10 billion euro by 2020, divided into infrastructural investments and subsidies to farmers, with several strategic plans and development projects, subsidies to modernise Morocco agricultural sector.

This plan also provides a program called “National program for water economy and irrigation” (PNEEI)”, created by the Ministry of agriculture and fishery; this program provided from 2008 to 2020, the conversion of surface irrigation through drip irrigation on a surface of 555.000 hectares for agriculture, with a budget of 3.5 billion euro..

The correct execution and the coordination public/private essential for and efficient execution of the program (PNEEI) has been entrusted to a network of national bodies, these bodies are placed in different zones of Morocco and have been created and activated with a specific purpose in 2008 during its launch.

PMV results form 2008 to now: 70% has been achieved, 9.3% of growth compared to 4.3 at national level; moreover private investments in agricultural sector from 2008 to now have increased 10 times.

PNEEI results: also its goals for water economy and irrigation (PNEEI) have achieved the goal for 65% converting 365.000 of 555.000 forecasted hectares with drip irrigation.

MISSION GOALS:

This mission has a personalised agenda, in order to allow to Italian producers of supplies and drip irrigation systems to have useful meetings with main local buyers and distributors selected according to needs of their companies. In this way it will be possible to create working relation of supply and trade co-operations between the parts.

This mission will be an occasion for companies to collect important information on the structure of local market, products, technologies and most needed systems in Morocco. Moreover it will be possible to collect strategic information on value for money policies exercised by competitors which are mainly Spanish, followed by Italians, Germans. Especially for future investments projects in Morocco.

The mission will be also an occasion to enter partnership agreements with Moroccan companies in order to participate in agriculture international fairs that will take place during the year.

Every company that will participate in will set 4 daily appointments , 2 appointments in the morning at 9:00 and 2 in the afternoon.

During the arrival and return day in Morocco there will be working sessions.

SERVICES ENSURED DURING THE MISSION

From Monday to Thursday during our stay and during appointments will be ensured:

- Car for movements from 8:00 to 20:00 with our trilingual co-operators (Italian, French, Arab) that prepared the agenda of appointments of your company. These appointments will take place in the Moroccan company or in our offices if the company is outside CASABLANCA.

During your arrival and departure will be ensured:

- Welcome at the airport in Casablanca and entourage at every hour during the departure;
- Car with driver to move in the city from 8:00 to 20:00 for every activity, also for tourism (during arrival and departure days there won’t be appointments);

We kindly ask to companies to set arrival and departure hours from 8.00 to 22:00.

STAY

Every responsible that will take part in this mission will stay in an elegant accommodation, private apartment in the city centre, camera with a king size bed, living room, bathroom, in one of the best residences in Casablanca. There will be every comfort necessary.

It will be ensured an apartment for every company with a maximum of 2 people per company, we will give you an apartment with two single beds in case of 2 people. However, we can not ensure this substitution in every case. There is the possibility to have another apartment spending 70 euros more per night. In every case, during the mission only two guests will be accepted .

MONEY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS MISSION

You need 1.650 euro to participate in this mission by the 21st September 2015.

By the 30th September 2015 companies will have to send us their profiles in order to select suitable economic operators according to trade goals.

The agenda of B2B meetings will be available for companies that participate in this mission by the 15th October 2015.

Money needed to participate don’t include flight ticket nor food.

Flight tickets bought by participants will have to include health care and luggage insurances.

On the occasion of his visit in Turin, Novapangea is glad to hold Mr. MAURO MARZOCCHI , the Secretary General of the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE IICUAE (the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the United Arab Emirates) established in Dubai.

We often talk about Emirates and in particular Dubai, but how many are those who actually know the particularities of that market? Few people know that Dubai is currently an essential and necessary basis to tackle the Persian Gulf countries (Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Oman and Qatar)and that it is an excellent opportunity for the Italian Companies.

In addition, many people believe that the United Arab Emirates UAE are a main important goal only for large companies and that these markets cannot be easily considered interesting for the SMEs.

Novapangea Association has organised this unique meeting in order to clarify these points and to answer questions concerning the United Arab Emirates.

Mr. Mauro Marzocchi, on the basis of his over 15 years’ experience working alongside the Italian companies which have developed in the UAE, will provide an analysis of the current situation and the outlook expected in the Member State of the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council).He will argue which are the current opportunities for the Italian companies taking into consideration the expected developments of that area related to Expo 2020.

During this conference we will talk also about strengths and weaknesses of those Italian companies which approach the foreign market and the services offered by the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in UAE to make their market introduction easier.

WHY SHOULD YOU PARTICIPATE?

MEETINGS WITH BANKING INSTITUTIONS: meetings with the most important local banks and presentation of the opportunities and the conditions for accessing to credit and the bank subsidies for foreign investors, information on products and financing formulas available for investment in the agricultural sector.

MEETINGS WITH THE MOROCCAN AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY : meetings in RABAT with the Management of the Agricultural Development Agencies. The meeting purpose is to:

- bring out the investment opportunities in Agriculture, in livestock farming and in the sectors in which the launch of agricultural activities in Morocco allows greater benefits. It will be possible to understand the general framework of the current and expected opportunities for companies available to invest in the agricultural sector in the different geographical areas and in the regions of the Kingdom of Morocco.
- explain the updates connected to the fiscal system in force in Morocco in relation to investment in the agricultural sector and the important tax benefits for the start-up of new productive units; the system of the direct grants dispensed by the Fund for the Agricultural Development provided for by MAROC VERT plan at national level;
- consult active tenders, the allocation in long-term rent, that is from 40 years, of lands to be used for the agricultural exploitation at facilitated annual fees and the procedures and the requisites as well as the documents to be submitted to participate in the same tenders; finally it will be place for questions and requests, explanations, insights from the participants.

VISIT TO AGRICULTURAL LANDS AND FARMS: in AL JADIDA on-site visit to selected lands in the area of DOKKALA E CHAOUIA, popular for the artificially irrigated agriculture, and visits to the branch of enterprises specialised in the livestock farming. A representative of the Agency for the Agricultural Development of AL JADIDA will accompany the participant companies.

Visits to important cooperatives, agricultural and agri-food companies and to enterprises specialised in the processing of crop productions such as fruits, grapevine, vegetables, oil etc. localised near FES, MEKNES and other places.

VISIT TO THE FAIR : visit to the agricultural fair stands in MEKNES.

B2B MEETINGS: personalised individual B2B meetings according to participant companies requests, with potential customers, suppliers and trade agents of its economic sector.

VISIT TO TOURIST AREAS: visit to the tourist attractions in the FES and Meknes areas.

CONFERENCES: program of conferences on opportunities to invest in Morocco.

MEETINGS WITH THEE INSTITUTIONS IN THE FAIR: meetings with the trade associations and the Institutions present in the fair stands.

COST AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

COST: the individual cost of participation is 1.650 Euros that should be paid by 10th April 2015 to confirm the accession.

B2B MEETING: by 15th April 2015 companies will send their preferences and the requests for the organisation of individual personalised B2B meetings with customers, supplier and traders of their specific sector. The B2B meetings will take place:

- Thursday 30th April 2015 from 2:45 to 5:45 p.m. in Casablanca
- Friday 1st May 2015 from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. in Fes

B2B agenda: companies will receive an agenda related to the meetings before the departure to Morocco.

LANGUEGES: group activities will be guaranteed in French, Italian, Arabic. During the free visit to the Fair Stand companies will be able to benefit from simultaneous interpretation service at a cost of 70 Euros a day, having available a personal interpreter.

TRANSPORT: in the framework of individual B2B meetings the service of individual transport for schedule appointments will be guaranteed .

PARTICIPATION COST includes the flight ticket from Italy to CASABLANCA and back from FES to Italy, both in economy class.

Seminar “THE EUROPEAN BANK FOR INVESTMENT AND COOPERATION IN THE MEDITERRANEAN AREA. The opportunities for companies”

The ICE Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies, in the framework of interventions in support to Italian SMEs to facilitate the access to the European Community funding instruments, ORGANIZES in Rome on December 11, 2014 the Seminar “THE EUROPEAN BANK FOR INVESTMENT AND COOPERATION IN THE MEDITERRANEAN AREA. The opportunities for companies”.

LOCATION OF THE SEMINAR: the Seminar will be held in Via Liszt 21 at the headquarters of the ICE Agency, Pirelli Hall.

OBJECTIVE: the Seminar wants to provide to Italian SMEs an overview of services and products that the European Bank for Investment provides to support the development policy and the external cooperation of the EU with non-EU counties of the Mediterranean area. The services/products are part of the FEMIP program – the Facility for Euro-Mediterranean Investment and Partnership.

WHY TO PARTICIPATE: there will be presented the EBI strategies for the Mediterranean area, the instruments for Italian companies and organizations, focusing the attention on the private sector.

THE PROGRAM:
• Registration: at 9:30 a.m.;
• START at 10:00 a.m., plenary session in the technical-operative morning with various EBI specialists that will give practical and operative information on the access to the available EBI instruments;
